Hi, my name is Julia! I am a Macro, Strength, and Hypertrophy Coach. Fitness is more than just getting to the gym and working out. It is a lifestyle. I have been training now for years and I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with you all. I have designed Programs and Workouts to help you reach your goals, no matter what they are, while making accommodations for what fits you best! We will train hard, smart, and stay consistent with it. I can't wait to join you in this journey!
